Successful Opening of Main Entrance at Poole Hospital

noviniti Ltd successfully opens the New Main Entrance at Poole Hospital to the public on 4th June 2019. In partnership with Poole NHS Trust, noviniti designed and developed the scheme to provide a prominent new main entrance that linked three main areas of the hospital and a patient corridor at first floor ensuring patient dignity. The scheme was fully funded at no cost to the NHS Trust.

This is development incorporates a new retail plaza and will connect together three areas of the hospital. The development has been fully funded by noviniti Ltd in partnership with Compass Group. Working with the Breaking Barriers Innovations team noviniti sponsored a Bridging The Care Gap roundtable in Sheffield.  The event attracted decision makers from local authorities, care sector providers and the NHS from across the country to discuss and innovate how specialist care provision could be better planned and how delayed transfers of care could be further reduced.  A report from this event will be published in early 2019 with follow-up events being planned.

Retail courtyard development completion

noviniti is pleased to announce the successful completion of the retail courtyard development for University Hospitals South Manchester, Wythenshawe Hospital. This was a 365 sqm facility delivered with development partners Medi Park. noviniti undertook project co-ordination, development management and implemented the funding solution. Catfoss Ltd were the main contractor.
